QBCC Home Warranty Insurance

Most residential building work done in Queensland valued over $3,300 (including labour and materials) must have QBCC Home Warranty Insurance.

As part of the building and certification process, the builder pays a premium to QBCC to insure the construction for non-completion and defects. The amount is included as part of your contract, and is paid before work begins.

Even if your builder does the wrong thing and does not pay the QBCC Insurance premium we may still be able to enable you to successfully pursue a claim under the QBCC Home Warranty Insurance Scheme. Call us now on Brisbane or Regional Qld 0730365233 or Gold Coast 0756770533.
