We are one of only a few firms that specialise in building disputes and reviews of all matters relating to the Queensland Building Services Authority from decisions on disciplinary matters to rejections of insurance claims under the Statutory Insurance Scheme.

 

Karen Schwede is the Legal Practitioner Director of the firm.  Karen was admitted as a Solicitor in 1988.  She has extensive experience having worked in private Practice and as a Legal Officer for the Queensland Government.  Karen also has international experience and is a Qualified Solicitor in England, Wales and Hong Kong.  Karen has worked for major law firms in London and was the Asia region in-house legal counsel for Barclays Bank. 

 

We offer a web special of $295 + Gst for an initial consultation with a lawyer at either the Brisbane CDB or Southport on the Gold Coast.
